You say that you said black lies

Who doesn’t know Erol Alkan? He’s a DJ and a producer. He produces Mystery Jets and The Long Blondes among others and basically he remixed everyone from the Klaxons to DFA1979 to Justice. He edits everyone’s songs to become effective dancefloor-fillers. He gives funny names for reworks. For example the re-edit of Jupiter Room by Digitalism goes with the name ‘Erol Alkan’s simple yet effective re-edit’. Personally for me they are too long most of the time but not always. One of his newest stuff is a remix of Interpol’s Mammoth. It’s only 5 minutes and it’s awesome. Completly captures the danceable essence in the song and the vocals are brilliantly taken apart.
Anyway, weekdays are filled with weather fronts and different fucking air masses are clashing in the atmosphere while you can’t sleep, your head aches and you have to travel by public transport. This is perfect for listening to this one. ’spare me the sssussspense’ cries out singer Paul Banks in this electronified environment. Indeed! Who the fuck wants suspense in autumn? You already have the heat from the end of summer and the cold from the beginning of winter. This track will help you bear the circumstances and gives a feeling of decadent clubbing at an exclusive place only with people you like and not with the ones from the busstop.

ps. the original song is about girls, not clubbing and autumn
