Local boy wonder Peter, aka We Plants are Happy Plants, is still busy churning away mini-opuses as we speak — and further refining his abilities with every edit. By now i think it’s safe to mark WPAHP (in Kunker’s eyes, at least) as Hungary’s most promising editor/producer/whatever. Granted, Hungary’s population is about the same as the SF bay area…. but nonetheless: conquer locally, then globally!

There’s a certain levity and humor about his tracks which, along with the nice layered synths and melody of course, separates him from the usual chaff. You can’t help but feel like soaring/smiling a bit while listening — and this newest track is a 6-minute self-titled soundscape which encapsulates the same spirit nicely.
